     Hello everyone! On behalf of the Secretariat of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference, I would like to report to you on two main matters: first, to summarize the work of the third quarter; second, to arrange the work of the fourth quarter.

I. Inform the work of the third quarter

     In the third quarter, the global rural tourism industry gradually regained vitality in the precise epidemic prevention and control, and the service platform of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference became increasingly standardized.

     First, the membership organization is increasingly perfect. This quarter, the secretariat of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference conducted a sorting of the existing members, each chapter has established the chapter's membership group, to build a bridge between members. We added one new member, which injected new blood and strength into the joint meeting. At the same time, we held an interactive meeting of the Secretary General of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference 2022 in July to serve members in the third quarter.

     Second, the base construction is increasingly enhanced. The World Rural Tourism Town, where the permanent site of the World Rural Tourism Congress is located, has basically completed the renovation of the first phase along the street and is in operation; 11 projects in the second phase of the town have been signed and are being renovated rapidly; six projects, such as the Matchmaker Dining Bar and the Sanlian Book Bar, will soon be in operation; the "three roads, four paths, one street and five lanes" signage arrangement has been launched; the International Rural The international rural education and training center - rural travel school building has been initially upgraded, teaching, living, activities, study four functional areas more perfect, and can now accommodate a team of 100 people to hold various types of education and training, meetings and conferences, event promotion, further consolidating the base security.

     Third, academic research is increasingly deepened. This quarter completed the 2022 July-August summer travel and three quarters of China's rural tourism data monitoring and analysis report; launched the world rural tourism data information center database construction work; drafted the "rural tourism planning practice - to Luoning rural tourism planning as an example" first draft writing; at the same time, accelerate the Luoning, Guizhou, Bozhou, Miaoxi and other rural tourism planning work.

     Fourth, the market platform is increasingly active. With the live communication platform of Country Travel Academy, six biweekly public welfare live classes and one interview with member enterprises of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference were conducted; with the focus on brand cultivation and market expansion of "100 cities", marketing activities of Tongren and Zhangjiajie World Rural Tourism Joint Conference brands were carried out.

Second, the layout of the fourth quarter work

     Looking ahead to the upcoming fourth quarter, we will do our best to serve the sustainable and high-quality development of global rural tourism, fully implement the "four key points" of the joint meeting, and strive to sprint to deliver a satisfactory answer to the work of the year.

     First, the focus of the "annual meeting" to improve the overall quality of institutional operations. In the fourth quarter, we will organize a plenary meeting of the Secretary General of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference and the Secretary General's fourth quarter interactive meeting with members, the plenary meeting of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference members and the fourth quarter interactive meeting with members. Taking the "annual meeting" as an opportunity, we will do our best to implement the "World Rural Tourism Joint Conference Member Service Management Trial Measures" and improve the overall quality of institutional operation.

    Second, focus on the "Development Forum" to improve the quality of interaction with members. In the fourth quarter, we will work with the Asia Pacific Tourism Association to organize the World Rural Tourism Sustainable Development Forum. To "Development Forum" as an opportunity to expand the communication platform of members, style display platform, to enhance the quality of interaction with members.

    Third, focus on the "market activities" to enhance the quality of brand cultivation. In the fourth quarter, we will take the Secretariat of the World Rural Tourism Joint Conference as the total traction, the Rural Tourism Academy as the total carrier, the Secretariat of the Joint Conference members as the main body, the organization to carry out "100 cities" as the main rural tourism online and offline brand promotion activities and all kinds of education and training conference and exhibition activities. Through the "market activities", to create different levels of rural tourism brands, rural tourism products, to enhance the quality of brand cultivation.

    Fourth, focus on the "common wealth samples" focus, to enhance the quality of academic research. In the fourth quarter, we will organize a seminar on creating a green sample town of common wealth in the world's rural tourism towns, exploring new paths for rural tourism to drive rural revitalization and achieve common wealth; we will complete the compilation of "Rural Tourism Planning Practice - Taking Luoning Rural Tourism Planning as an Example", and at the same time start to build Luoning, Guizhou, Bozhou, Miaoxi We will take the World Rural Tourism Information Data Center as the basis, link up all members, related organizations and universities at home and abroad, and start to build the world rural tourism development index system. Taking "academic research" as an opportunity, we will make every effort to seize the global rural tourism academic high point and improve the quality of academic research comprehensively.
