     Dear members, the wish of our secretariat is to serve you well and really achieve "three up".

     First, let the conference organization "standardize". Rely on the support of all members of the General Assembly, and gradually form a standardized three-tier organizational system of the General Assembly Bureau, the General Assembly Secretariat and the General Assembly service area, so that the World Rural Tourism Conference organization to become a real "members of the home.
